Do Service Dogs Have To Be Neutered
Service Dogs For Sale
see below for available pups
How To Purchase A Service Dog From Open Range Pups?
Open Range does NOT require an application. We believe that if an owner is able to sufficiently provide for their service dog than you deserve to have a service dog that fits what you want and makes you comfortable. In rare cases Open Range always has the final say when matching a puppy with their parent and we may choose to refuse service OR offer a different puppy option.
After you deposit we do ask that you complete the Open Range customer profile application. This survey helps us to know you better, understand your needs, and the opportunity to better prepare your puppy.
If Open Range does not have any available dogs or puppies than the next best choice is to join our waiting lists. Our waiting lists will give you a fair estimate of the puppy due date(s), breed of puppies, and the approximate start date(s) for service training. If you want to know when your puppy will come home than simply add 4 months (approx.) from the start date(s) for each phase of training that you have chosen.
Before purchasing your service puppy for sale be sure to read the Open Range Service Dog "How It Works" page. This page covers information about becoming a service dog owner and the standards in place for the Open Range Service Dog Training Program!

Received CGC title 10/14/2020
Otto already has his Canine Good Citizen test done and is a great candidate for a self train service dog. Brooklyn's Current Routine
During the day Brooklyn has free roam to play on 3/4 acre puppy yard with 5 other Open Range Trainee Puppies. We work with Brooklyn during the day with basic behavior as we interact with him. Brooklyn WORKS in 2 daily 1-hour sessions (morning & evening). Brooklyn sleeps in her kennel at night, she easily sleeps well for 6-8 hrs. Brooklyn is an integral part of our daily life and interacts regularly with our family of 8 and LOVES toys. Brooklyn has started working in public parks to increase exposure to new and unfamiliar surroundings while "working" with the handler.
Customization
Does Open Range offer training customization? Not with Service Dog Phase Training, NO.
Phase 1 and 2 are standard, fixed, proven training programs. Open Range will have notes (this is available for pup parents to see and participate with in our Puppy Portal) about the dog characteristics, info about their new home, the behaviors that are most important to the puppy and their new parents,
If you are interested in a finish module for Phase 3 than we will provide and shape behaviors for the ultimate training goals.
Puppy Portal And Service Training Programs
We recommend that you read every page available under the Service Dog Training tab: How It Works, Training Style, Online Pup Academy, Weekly Training Program, Phase 1 Training, Phase 2 Training, Phase 3 Training, & Puppy Portal. These pages will give you complete understanding of the Open Range Service Dog Training process, how we set ourselves leaps and bounds ahead of other nationwide trainers, how we help you protect your investment and how to get the most from your new pup.
Cost
View the Open Range Service Dog "Tuition" page. You can use our hand built in cost tool to estimate the one time and monthly costs of owning your new pup.
Open Range offers Service Dog Financing for up-to 70% of the puppies training costs. We do not finance the puppies.
